The Flowers Care Home

I just wanted to leave a review of the beautiful and well managed Flowers care home.My mother is at the care home and I can not thank the staff enough, they treat her with dignity and I can not thank them enough for that. This is more than just care, her room and all areas of the care home are absolutely spotless clean all the staff are happy and always have a smile on their face. They really couldn’t do more for my mum and us as a family, nothing is too much trouble.Thank you for looking after mum and making us as a family feel comfortable and happy knowing she is very well looked after.

I wouldn't put my pet hamster in The Flower's Care Home. It's actually scary this care home is still allowed to trade. Please do research before considering this care home for your loved ones:-(

As the daughter of a resident at the Flowers I find the staff very loving and supportive and do all they can in the time available. I have been supported to visit and stay as long as I want with my Mum. I used to avoid meal times, but as she has become more dependent, I am welcomed any time. I am informed of any changes and feel my Mum is safe and cared for. As her needs have changed, they have been open and supported me in exploring other care options.

My nanna was at the flowers for 2 years where she was well looked after by all care staff. Meal times was always on time with a good choice of food to choose from, I cannot fault anything wrong with the home or the staff as they are a loving caring team. I was happy leaving my nanna there after a visit knowing she was well looked after, sadly my nanna passed away. I can't thank management and care staff enough for the love and support you all gave to my nanna and family. I would recommend the flowers care home to anyone who needs the love and care for a loved one xxx

The flowers is a very caring home, it’s very clean and smell beautiful when entering, the staff are very well mannered and caring I would definitely recommend the home

I chose The Flowers Care Home for my grandmother because of the outstanding care I saw being given to the residents when I visited there 11 months ago and I have not been disappointed since. The rooms are clean and spacious, the food is all cooked fresh and the residents are always very happy. There are lots of displays that show the activities that the residents have taken part in and there is always something going on to keep the residents entertained.Since my grandmother moved in, I have not been disappointed with the level of care shown to her. My grandmother is very settled and happy and this is down to the commitment and care of the staff. The communication from the staff to myself is excellent, I am kept completely up to date on my grandmother's health and welfare. I couldn’t have picked a better home for my grandmother and cannot thank whole team enough.

this is the perfect care home. my mum has been in 4 years and I would not have her any where else. don't believe all you read. Sally is fantastic so is tracey. all the girls are fantastic .they look after my mum 100% and if I thought they were getting her up at 2am I would have something to say

Flowers Care Home is a very welcoming, happy and caring environment.It has lovely large communal grounds and the home is fresh, calm and inviting compared to other home's I've visited.The staff here are worth there weight in gold in terms of duty of care, hard working but above all each have their own personal touch with the needs of each resident taken into consideration.A happy home with excellent care in lovely surroundings*****

Dont believe any comments made by the Flowers or Sally. Just read CQC report and item from Telegraph and Argus re my wife as all we get are untruths. As do other people also.

our nan is at this care home and i have no complaints about her care, the home is welcoming always a smile from staff the care is excellent they show respect and care to all residents and each other management are very helpful, the home is always clean and tidy and they always have things going on like trips out and people coming in to entertain them cannot fault the place at, brilliant place for the residents to live.
