I give 3 stars because the staff and ambience were lovely. Unfortunately the coffee was lousy. My 'cappuccino' was not a cappuccino but a milky coffee. Actually, I couldn't really taste any coffee. More like hot milk with a teeny weeny hint of coffee.

Their scones are my first choice. They are very crumbly and extremely generous in size. With a hot coffee and a scone, they make my afternoon perfect.

Sunday Morning Full English. Cafe Open at 9.45am serving drinks but NO food until 10am. Food was slow at 10.25am we decided to eat inside due to front balcony swamped with cyclists. We were told we couldn’t eat inside with our Frenchie Bulldog, even though no customers inside. It was recommended that we sit in the rear car park! I said NO and we had no choice but to take our breakfast home? Disappointing. Insulting. Never Again!

Met up with my friend for breakfast, food was excellent, the young ladies there are so professional. Such a cosy atmosphere. I would highly recommend this establishment and will be going back very soon.

Perfect experience this morning. Good to see some genuine customer service - Perfect caring staff, lively venue, lovely food and great coffee. Worth a detour!

Gorgeous little cafe with scrummy fresh food. Service is fast and friendly. Handbags, jewellery and lots of little trinkets for sale. All set in the picturesque village of Farndon. Would highly recommend

Great welcome from the staff. Beans on toast was good.Latte was one third foam, so possibly avoid if you're looking for a genuine barista latte.

Waited over half an hour for a coffee and a teacake, it started raining so I asked if we could sit in the corner with our very well behaved dog but was told no, so we sat in the rain waiting for it, not pleasant eating teacake and drinking coffee in the rain, especially when there were only 4 tables being used inside, will not return sorry,
