I was ordered online and choose pickup from store but before the collection date I received a phone call and its surprised for me that they can deliver free of cost at my home addressIts great service. Customer services is 100 positive.

The ordering process online was straightforward and delivery was speedy even in these times of Covid. The driver was friendly and put the boards etc where I wanted them. The price was good when viewed against the competition. I have just finished the decking and I am really pleased with the outcome. Boards were easy to work with. The bags of starter clips were too big because I only needed a dozen but the smallest bag was 100. The customer service was great throughout. I received a call advising about the delivery date and another the day before delivery. Also received a follow up call to check I was happy with the product. I am happy to recommend this company and the products used.

Excellent service on ordering and delivery. I was able to check what I needed over the phone and adjust my order to suit. The delivery was well organised and the driver showed me the product items individually to check all was correct. The finished deck looks amazing - really pleased with it.

I bought my decking from ultradecking back in February this year. I called first to check if they could make a 2 week delivery slot, as I had holiday booked and Luke assured me this would be ok so I went ahead. Initially I got a delivery date beyond the agreed time but after chatting with Luke he assured me he would sort it out. After having my doubts, being a cynical Southerner n’all, in fairness he was true to his word and it turned up a couple of days ahead of the agreed time so thanks for that Luke. I also had a good experience with a lady in the office, whose name I’ve forgotten sorry. She was concerned about the match of the bullnose edge and went off to check in the warehouse herself and called me back later that day to say it was a good match.As for the decking I’m really pleased with the result. I’d not laid decking before and I found it easy to work with, essentially the same as wood. The sub base took the majority of the time as I had to shift 12 tonnes of soil to get to the level I wanted. But once the base was down and level laying the top clip system was straightforward. Now it’s down it looks good and seems to be wearing well. Time will tell on fade.Only minor issues I had were the screws for the clip system aren’t very strong and are easy to shear off with an impact driver. Also the bullnose boards had a big curve in them. I left them for a couple of weeks on end to try to lose the curve but it didn’t go. It made laying the starter boards pretty tricky having to bend and force it into the clips for the hidden retaining slot. Got there in the end though. I bought all my coach screws from screwfix which worked well.All in all I’ve had a good experience with ultradecking thank you.Edit : update after a year. (+added a mid lay photo)Thought I'd update my review now as its been down for a year. All in all I've been very pleased. We have an Oak tree overhanging so the decking has had many small branch strikes plus many (many!) bird poos. It all cleans off well leaving no mark or stain. If the colour has faded its been minimal and still looks fine. I had read that joist spacing was 12 inch for commercial and 18 inch for at home so I split the difference and did 15 inch spacings more or less and that seems to have worked well for me. So at this stage still recommended from me. Cheers.

We wanted a high quality composite deck in anthracite grey to match our recently built ‘working from home’ cabin’s windows. After receiving samples from a number of suppliers, the only one that accurately matched was Ultradecking Signature dual anthracite/silver.The Decking itself is superb quality at a very affordable price, but it is the customer service that is also outstanding. The whole Customer journey has been a breeze, right from initial purchase, delivery and brilliant advice during the build.
