Pauline dealt with the funeral of an amazing friend and she couldn’t have done more for us. She was amazing. She was sympathetic, attentive and explained in detail what would happen to our friend, Faye. I would certainly recommend M L Williams. They treated Faye with such respect

We used M L Williams for dad's funeral last year so used again for mums funeral...everything was fine until day of funeral and as we were chatting to mourners before leaving the crematorium Aileen came and asked us who was paying the humanist, which had been paid through them in bill total and had been paid in full before funeral, this was undue stress we didn't need as couldn't think of anything else apart from where we were getting the extra cash to pay out.
