One of the very best little quiet places left :)Long time passes in blackburn we all get older, but the toll bar has never changed, always a warm, welcoming lovely place for a quiet pint or two! and few games of pool ;)

Rats everywhere, bad environment, bad management and disappointment, very dirty looks like Halloween when u walk in, uneven walls, you have to rent pool cues what a joke
