Friendly staff, clean facilities, great pool for a swim and fun.

Staff are lovely. Changing rooms are very clean and modern. Took my 4 year old into the showers before entering the po and smelt like urine!! It was actually disgusting and so strong. The pool area hasn't changed since I was a young kid (I'm 37 now) the grime on the inside of the pool was unbelievable and I felt like pulling my child out the water and taking him home. The only reason I didn't was because he would be so upset. please get the pool sorted. It's awful!

Great booking system which is easy to use and very clear. Plenty of equipment which is cleaned thoroughly after each session. Love that the pool is open again ☺️. Again great system for booking and using. Unfortunately, now it's open swimming again, it's become increasingly difficult to actually just swim.

if you want to swim this is NOT the place to go to, this is a pond full of octogenerians who just bath or walk across the pool so you can't swim. the pool is small and very dated. I will no use it again and do not recommend it to anyone inetersted in swimming.

Sauna is behind reception no need to go down stairs changing room in there too l, was in this afternoon to chill out was only 4.50 feel so sleepy now

Probably the worst gym in Dundee, excellent sauna but it shuts at 7pm so utterly pointless.

Upstairs reception staff were v kind and helpful reminding me I needed a pound for the locker. Small traditional size pool with medium temperature water. Changing village is newish refurbished with modern plastic changing rooms but wasnt manned on a Saturday afternoon so on my first visit I made a couple of dumb mistakes. Heres my dumb things so you can avoid! No. 1 check your locker works! I put my stuff in a broken locker no. 2 There's baby change tables! didn't realise there was actually changing rooms with a baby changing tables until I gave up and started to undress my son on the welcome desk then saw the signs.I forgot my baby sons wet suit so we could only stay 30 mins as its colder than other pools.The showers are nice and warm but communal.Actual hall round the swimming pool is quite tired and especially dirty/mouldy/stained under the stairs to the viewing gallery, but I'd take a bit of a dirty pool over a closed pool any day.

Warm, reasonably priced and clean. Friendly staff. A bit busy today but that's maybe cos it's January. Hopefully people will get lazy soon haha

I dropped my daughter and her 2 friends off at the swimming. They came back out and said it was busy and wereadvised to return in half an hr. They did ask if they could wait inside but were told no. Even though there is a table and chairs plus vending machines. I picked them back up and returned in 25mins. Yet again Brenda refused them again. This time for being out of luck! Other people had arrived and were allowed entry even though we were told to wait 30mins. Thinking this was a bit unfair, I went inside with the girls to see why this had happened. Only to be told its just luck. Then another lady arrived to say it was busy, I said but surely they can wait as the pool doesnt close for another 2hrs. She then said there was plenty of other pools we could go to. How rude, not very good customer service, to be told go to another pool miles away, when still another 2 hrs of sessions left. I explained we had travelled here waited half hr so wanted to stay here. I asked what did the girls need to do, to be in with said 'luck'. Should they wait right outside the door as again asked if could stay inside but was advised no not an option. Stood outside, then a lady arrived with her child, walked in and was told would have to wait as busy, heard the lady say that's OK we will wait here INSIDE, was not told to leave Clearly an issue with children as the adult was not advised to wait outside. Then if things couldn't get worse, Brenda then proceeds to let the lady and her son gain entry before the girls, who had waited patiently outside the door.After seeing this, I went back inside with the girls to see why this had happened as no one had came out the building. At this point we were allowed in. All very strange and not good customer service.Clearly had an issue as the lady who told us to go to another pool spoke to the lifeguard and started pointing at the girls. Then the girls were accused of not being able to swim, when all have completed swimming lessons years ago. Honestly couldn't believe how this afternoon turned out. Will definitely not be back , if this is the way they treat children, who are in fact paying customers.
