Excellent service and great product too. Steve took the time to carefully evaluate our needs and it is clear that pleased customers are important to him. Our new gas stove in the lounge looks great ,blending in perfectly with its surroundings and it certainly makes a significant difference to the warmth and general comfort of the room. Definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely Brilliant work. Steve and his co worker came today and fitted our new gas fire and surround pleased is an understatement. Very proffessio friendly and approachable.. left the house clean and tidy and used dust sheets all around the lounge. Prices very good Thanks guys Tracey & Adrian

I recently hired Steve to install coal baskets into two fireplaces. He did an absolutely fantastic job, was extremely organise, thorough and polite. Steve took has time to explain everything and the quality of the work absolutely amazing. Really really pleased - Thank you so much!

Just have a real flame gas fire fitted, and very pleased with everything from start to finish. Competitive price, sorry Steve but I did get a second quote just to check...you were actually a little cheaper. Had a very helpful chat with Steve in his shop first, no pressure, and I asked Steve to drop by to check I hadn’t missed anything. Steve turned up dead on time and we arranged a fitting date a month later and Steve and his little helper turned up dead on time again. Very tidy workers. Thanks Steve.

Steve was really knowledgeable and came round to our house to advise on what model our chimney would accommodate before we proceeded. This was a nice relief after visiting several other stores. Installation was quick and easy with minor issues quickly fixed. A decorator cracked the front of the fireplace and Steve came round and fixed, with no charge, invisibly. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve and we are happy to recommend this local Maldon business.

We visited Steve's showroom where he helped us choose the best fire-surround for our living room from a wide selection of styles and materials. Steve and his colleague installed the surround quickly, cleanly and with no fuss. It looks brilliant and we are absolutely delighted with it and the service we received. Can thoroughly recommend Three Counties Fireplaces.
