Great service!!! My vet in Leyland where we were going to for years had no appointments for kennel cough vaccine for my dog. Rang Pinewood Vet Practice and they booked us in straight away! So please with them and now since my dog is registered with them, we will be going there!!! Thank you once again

Recently took my cat to Leyland Pinewood vets for his second vaccination. I'd already signed up for the Careplan option and so there was no charge. The Careplan covers vaccinations, annual booster, 3 monthly worm & Flea treatment as well as other treatments. I pay monthly and makes the cost much more manageable.Nicola saw my pet, she is friendly, very caring of animals and thorough. I recommend her.

Pinewood consistently goes above and beyond to look after your pet. They take such good care of my German shepherd. All the staff are so kind and patient - cannot thank you enough for all your hard work. Keep on being amazing guys.

Been using this vet for many years. Great, caring staff and both dogs are always happy to visit. Disappointed today though. Went for yearly boosters and assumed kennel cough was included, so when asked, I said yes, do what they usually have. Lesson learned, don't assume, it soon pushes the cost up.

What can I say . My dog has a difficult condition to manage and it won’t go away . I moved to these vets because of the recommendations from friends . Wholly deserved . For the first time I feelLike they know and understand Boo . A plan is going to be implemented and a way of management to go forwards . Such a relief . And that is after one visit and one phone call . 5 star and human on the phone ! Very understanding . Caroline

I rang the practice today for information, not as a customer as I live in another town, but for information regarding vaccines for my brothers puppy, as he plans to register his pup with yourselves. I couldn't be any more delighted for the information and help Sandra gave me, she was friendly, thorough and a fountain of knowledge, it was a true pleasure to have the conversation I had with her. Please give her a very profound pay rise plus additional perks, so as to ward off any attempts of poaching someone who can only be a very important cog in your machine.As I said, it was a true pleasure and i hope that one day I need some more information for my brother, so I can feel the gratitude I feel now....again.Many thanks. I've been using this practice for 7 months now since moving back from London. One of my rescue dogs is very afraid of people and can show fear aggression. Jerome and all the staff have been so patient and understanding with him it's wonderful. The reception staff are fantastic. Everybody just makes you feel so welcome it's almost like paying a visit to friends. Brilliant practice!
