St Andrews Holiday Estate

Stayed for two nights in the 'PodWam'. Cosy and comfortable, great for bikes or as an alternative to camping for one or two nights.The owner of the campsite was extremely friendly and helpful. This made our stay very enjoyable.The facilities are good and well kept although may get busy at peak times.A lovely, relaxed, family friendly campsite. Would recommend if you're looking to visit St Andrews and the surrounding area if you have a car!

Nice park but shocking toilets and showers. Some showers the lights don't work so ideal if you like to shower in the dark. Also the showers do not lock which I discovered when someone opened the door when I was having a wash. The water pressure fluctuates from a trickle to the extreme that washes your tattoos off. The water temperature is very unpredictable as well ranging from a nice cool shower to scalding hot. Toilets not much better, cramped is an understatement...You would be better reversing in I would say. Oh and take your own toilet roll because for the money your paying the staff don't like to give you them...must be rationed I'd say. Overall a very poor experience to what could be a superb park. Looks and feels like it's been built on a shoestring budget. Also received very negative emails telling me a load of rules but mainly focusing on what your NOT allowed to do or bring with you. Having camped all over Scotland and some islands this was clearly by far the most disappointing experience by far.

Very new, very clean, very quiet. And only a few miles from St. Andrews.

I stayed there for 2 nights. The campsite was well maintained and the staff were friendly and they allowed us to bring our own disposable barbeque.The campsite itself was very family friendly as it had plenty of other families and a playground as well. The facilities were well kept however the shower doors didn't lock.It was very convenient to get into St Andrews as it was only a 15 minute drive away.I would stay there again

It is a really great campsite with an amazing coffee hut that does some hot food too. St Andrews is only a 12 minute drive and there is a great tavern just a 20 minute walk away. Will most definitely be back here again. Only downside is the military aircraft waking you up during the night but that is out of the campsites hands. Great showers and toilets, cleaned regularly

We had a good stay here! The pod we booked was comfy although I would say it would be a bit small for 4 people. Only two of us stayed here and we got upgraded to a bigger pod with no extra charge due to the rain which was great! It was warm all night and it had good lights inside and out. There was also a fridge, TV, kettle and outlets to charge phones. There was a nice view of the sea too! The only thing we disliked was the longish walk to the toilets and also no one there to greet us on arrival or check out. But apart from that it was a good stay.

Good place for camping, play area for kids, goal posts with nets in place, part time shop onsite.A bit of a slope for tents but, flat where we were.Toilets and showers, at no extra charge. Ample pitches for big tents with car.

All great,brought dvds for TV as website instructed but could not find a remote to press play. Site really clean,pod really warm. Mike was fantastic

Good clean facilities. Camping, Camper Vans & Caravans welcome. Electric Hook Up available. Fire pit available for hire. Dog friendly. Cafe on site.Close to St Andrews. Pub 10 mins walk away.

Had a wonderful time the people running the campsite could not have been more helpful. The amenities were clean and well cared for. It was my first time camping in Scotland and I hope I can go back soon.
