Excellent service from Eugene. My tenant lost their keys on a Saturday night. Eugene answered the phone immediately and arrived in less than 30 minutes, as promised. He gained access and replaced the lock for less than half of what an alternative locksmith had quoted. I would strongly recommend Eugene and Home Safe Locksmiths based on my experience.

Happened to get locked out the house due to the key not turning. Eugene arrived very quickly & helped fit a new part to our lock so we don’t encounter this problem again. Very professional from start to finish. Highly recommend & unbeatable prices. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again if needed!!

Called Eugene late on a Friday night when we got locked out with a key left in the lock on the inside. We were back in the house within 20 minutes of calling with no damage to the door and Eugene was very friendly and helpful. I hope we don’t have to use this service again but if we do I’d absolutely call Eugene.

Absolutely amazing! Called at 8 in the evening, answered straight away. My elderly neighbour had fallen down her stairs and we needed to get to her immediately. He gave us an ETA of 5 minutes and then another 5 to get into the house. I was so grateful. In the end we didn't need to break in as her family ended up arriving with a key. But Im so grateful for his rapid response. Would definitely call again if I ever need a locksmith.

Great friendly service. I was locked out called them up they were there in 10 minutes, had us back indoors in about the same time. Throughout they explained everything they were doing, how much it would cost, what was needed and why. Great communication and service throughout. I highly recommend them .
