The young server this morning was absolutely atrocious in her attitude. Infrequent here regularly on my way to work.A simple good morning was returned with an attitude nonchalant and poor in her customer service .Snappy and obviously needs more training with her customer service skills .Politeness costs nothing and if a customer greets yiu with a good morning then surely it is not too much to expect one in return .If the attitude is that bad then a customer facing position may not be the right place for her .After being told I'll bring it over with distain and content in her voice I feel that I shall not return and advise anyone to pop around the corner to Greg's where the reception is always jolly and light and fun .I will not be returning and advise if you want that customer service with a smile and friendliness choose a different time.

Nice little cafe, inside co op.Lots 9f choices of hot and cold food and drink, usually have a breakfast amd coffee cake deals on offer.Friendly and welcoming staff.

An enjoyable latte, a medium but still the size of a small goldfish bowl, and what a lovely surprise to have apricot jam with my tea cake

Really nice place - friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere, and right next to shopping areaNot suitable for local roudies, which suits me just fine!Most staff recognise me which is also a nice touch!Please don't ever close this down!I don't usually eat there, but it looks good fare, perhaps maybe just add a few more quick snacks though!

I really like sitting with good coffee. I recommend it, it's a wonderful coffee. I also praise the staff who try. I also support how they politely sent people who came to wait for the bus without ordering any product from the menu. Thumb up.
