It was pleasant stay. Only downside was there was air conditioning that we couldn't figure how to turn off so the room got a little too cold. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Would stay here again

Stayed here with friends for a weekend. Fantastic location, approachable staff & very comfortable beds...but not a lot else going for it.Locks on the room door are a pain to work...and aren't very secure.Music & street noise was loud but didn't really bother us...but wooden floors everywhere so can hear all the drunk hens & stags falling in at 4am. Paper-thin walls don't help.If you're incredibly drunk or a heavy sleeper who isn't overly fussy about finishing touches, like sockets for the kettle & bedside tables, then this place is ideal.

Rooms are not too clean. No phones for room service internet goes in and out. If you don't want noise it's not for you it's behind all the night clubs.

When we arrived we found the rooms in reasonable condition. However we noticed that the entire apartment had no running water and a very strong smell of drains. We went down to reception to inform the member of staff, who told us that they were already aware, but had done nothing about it. They apprehensively booked in a plumber for an emergency visit. The plumber arrived whilst we were out, and when members of our party went back to get showered and changed, they noticed the kitchen and bathroom had filled up with hot water, flooding the immediate area and creating a steam room effect. A volunteer had to walk through the hot water and remove the plug that had been left in the sink by the plumber. Thankfully all personal items were out of harms way, but all furniture in the vicinity had swollen and started pealing apart because of the steam.Further more only one air conditioning unit out of 3 was working for the duration of our stay, creating an uncomfortable and hot nights sleep. Especially with the pillow cases covered in fake tan remnants.Upon return to the apartment, the room opposite us was blasting out very loud music and had created a haze of marijuana smoke coming from under their door.The whole experience made from an unpleasant stay, and I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and staff were friendly.Nothing worked, booked mainly for the jacuzzi and kitchen. Jacuzzi didn't work and bathroom was in a bad state (doors didn't lock, broken tiles etc). Also, the ac was controlled by the room next door, annoyingly. Some lights didn't work. Refused a refund/cancellation of 2nd night and didn't move us rooms either. Uncomfortable stay.

Beautiful victorian room with plenty of sleeping space and mirrors. Service was great. Perfect location close to Mathew St, Liverpool One Mall, and short walk from the pier. We loved it.

The room was really comfortable and spacious and we loved the jacuzzi bath. It was noisy being right in the centre but would be no problem if you planned to stay out late or for a night or 2 during the week.

Location is good but that’s about it…staff are rude, rooms smelt, bugs all in the bath and beds were uncomfy. Very over priced for what we got, and definitely would not recommend or stay again.

We stayed here a few weeks ago and can not praise the place enough!! The room we had was absolutely massive. We loved the decor and it was the cleanest room I've had in a long time. Our bed was really comfortable and we even had a jacuzzi in the room !! The housekeepers were cleaning the area outside of our room when we arrived, they smiled at us and said if we needed anything extra for the room to let them know. (Very kind of them) From the window we had a lovely view of the city which just made our experience even better. When going out for the evening, the receptionist wished us a lovely evening and offered assistance for taxi calling, which we did not need. The hotel has a bar next to the reception area that make the most amazing cocktails. We took advance of the discount for in-house guest and can say it was the best drink of the evening.We have already booked again for in the new year and can't wait

I stayed here with 2 Kids and my partner.Hands down the room was fantastic and issues raised resolved right away even an extra blanket.Upon check out, as trains were on strike we needed another hotel. Totally broke and mentioned to the manager in passing. With out a Secound thought the manager said I'd sort you out, we explained we were broke. Craig and josh sorted out a better room in fact a whole apartment for us half the price and took us there. Can't say how amazing they were helpful and accomodation the hotel was lovely the apartment was lovely the staff made the visit.
