Staff are so nice I said did they have a bottle of glowberry prime and he was so nice saying I’ll have a look out the back even know there isn’t any as someone else said but amazing service

Worst customer service, very rude staff,I want a bag to put my stuffs I bought from Aldi, I asked ( can you give me a bag) but she very rude and said ask PLEASE then I will give the bag. It’s very rude. Manager need to take action against the rude staff.

Nice shop easy to move around prices are ok. Choice is a bit limited. Staff friendly and helpfulThe veg section is well priced but a hit or miss if you want potatoes as these seem to be low stocked. Not sure on the pricing displays sometimes you can see a price on the frozen sections to the items stocked. I won't buy if I don't see a price.

Well done for installing the self checkouts, brilliant. You need to stop allowing the staff to use their headsets like mobile pho es talking to each other around the store, it's rude when they are on the till and it definitely distracts them from their jobs.

Both types of tills now. Self service and conveyor belt. Lines go quickly so you can be on and out fast. Usually stocked with everything. Has a toilet facility also.

Very disorganised with various odd groceries in middle aisle and duplicate locations. No lights in freezers. Introduced self checkouts, if there is not a till open I will leave trolley and go elsewhere!

Haven't used this branch, so first time. Everything laid out so items easy to find. Light and airy place, will certainly use again.

Amazing. So helpful at the tills, especially as things went slightly wrong at tills.The food was good quality for their prices
