Certain staff need to re evaluate their attitude. On multiple occasions both myself and my partner have been in there and a certain staff member has been disgusting! I have had eyes rolled at me, sighed at and made to feel like a problem just for needing assistance. I have worked in customer service myself and can empathise with the pressure and stress that can be put on you, but that should in no way be passed on to the customer. Extremely disappointed and feeling upset when I left.

Convenient little store but just don't buy anything that will be age restricted otherwise you'll be waiting 5-10 minutes trying to flag down the barebones staff to clear it on the self serve till for you (the normal till never has staff on it)

Please do not waste your time and money on this place. Service is appalling and it's obvious they need training in customer service. What is more, they need staff stationed at the till. Stop wasting customer’s time!

Good sortiment for such a small store, although they often lack bakery and packed lunches/meal deals. The place feels open compared to the other cramped co-op stores I've been in. I have another co-op closer to me, but prefer this one since it's cleaner and have self check-out tills. I don't understand why people complain about their opening hours though, it's never been a problem to me and 21:00 is plenty late to close imo.

It only gets two stars for the long opening hours. It's Sunday 5pm and there are barely any chilled foods to go. No hot food. No bakery bread. It's dirty and the cash point doesn't look like it's seen a COVID clean in years. Vile.

The staff in this store are absolutely useless. Legitimately everytime I've been there either myself or other shoppers are left waiting for help at the tills or self check out with no staff in sight. I've even seen staff members walking around using their mobiles while people have needed serving or helping. Shockingly bad store.

Convenient place to shop. Clean. Staff are friendly. All customers and staff when I shopped were wearing masks.The only issue which is not really the coop but maybe a council issue, are drunks that sometimes sit on the old Peacock building wall and leave litter behind.

I live 2 mins away. Only time they open a til for you is when the security guard is there. Or else you have to “bother” the staff to join you at the till. 9 times out of 10 nobody on the till. Garin has an attitude and clearly doesn’t enjoy serving customers. Garin has insisted that I ask him politely even though he walked passed me as I was at the tilThanks Garin I suggest you go on a course to learn how how to be a good Coop employee

useless staff and appalling service. i have been coming here for a few years as its the closest shop to my office. The service has always been bad, The shelves badly stocked and the staff oblivious to the customers waiting to be served. Today took the biscuit as i was queueing and was only 3rd inline. the first customer had an issues that required another member off staff. a second member of staff turned up to assist. the first member just stands around behind the till then eventualy goes to sign into a second till before just signing back out and walking away. then the customer infront had an issue with his bank note not scanning which he had gotten from this shop yesterday. The staff were neither friendly or helpful and going forwards i will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not recomend that anyone shops here
