Best phone shop about genuine guy helped me out with new screen before closing time goes the extra mile will be going back for any repairs in future

Drove over my phone around 6pm, found Guiseley mobiles was still open, didn't think it could get fixed. Came back 45 minutes later and it was all fixed. Very grateful, thank you so so much. Excellent service!!

Bought a phone case and after less than a week a piece snapped off, when we asked for a replacement they totally refused and we're not helpful at all. Would not use them again

In the past I have not had great experiences with mobile phone shops but so pleased to say that I have just had a fantastic experience here. Gentleman was so polite and helpful... cannot recommend this place enough. If I ever have any issues again I will be straight back here!

Came back from a visit to Northern Ireland with a cracked screen and a badly performing battery in my iPhone 11pro. Tried various repair sites who were charging silly money so went to my nearest repair shop.No problem for Mr Khan. What a lovely patient chap. He had the phone repaired in a couple of hours so I bought a new case and screen protector to celebrate which he fitted in seconds.And for a great price….All still working beautifully.Cheers Mr Khan!

10/10!I recently happened to crack my A52s screen. Panicking, I didn't know what to do so I rushed to my local mobile repair store, Guiseley Mobiles where the guys did an amazing job at instantly making me feel welcomed at the store - I must mention that I was quite taken back by the customer service skills of the young chap at the till. The turn around was considerably fast and the overall finishing quality of the job was perfect. The pricing of getting my screen replaced & repaired definitely was a bargain for the level of delivery and work ethic here.Guiseley Mobiles have most certainly earned themselves a regular customer and it definitely isn't just me that feels this wayThank you very much again- Bravo!

Great attitude, Great Work – I would have no hesitation in recommending “Guiseley Mobiles”I have had a non-functional Alienware laptop for some time now and had tried various places to get it repaired, including Dell with no success. As what I thought would be a last attempt I took it to Currys / PC World in Guiseley, who said they don’t repair Alienware Devices, but you could try “Guiseley Mobiles”. So with little expectation I went round to “Guiseley Mobiles”, and was very impressed with proprietor’s attitude and tenacity. He said he would take a look at it and get back to me Saturday/Sunday, and sure enough he rang me late Saturday evening and to my total astonishment he said he had managed to repair it, so I rushed around to collect it and indeed it had been repaired and was up and running!!As a previous reviewer has said, “Guiseley Mobiles” have earned themselves a new customer and personally if I have any other issues with any of my tech gadgets my first place of call will be “Guiseley Mobiles” and I would not hesitate in recommending it to others.

Visited with a very minor regarding my SIM card, and was worried I could be mugged off financially. However I was in and out within 2 minutes and the bloke behind the counter was very kind and helpful. Would recommend

When I was losing my Samsung Galaxy charge in Guiseley, I knew I needed a power bank. But where to get one? Walking down the main road, I found this shop and I got a fantastic deal on this Polanfo Q5 power bank. Mr Pravad Khan was the most helpful guy. Thank you Guiseley Mobiles.
