They are the best funeral directors ever. I don't live locally and with lockdown throwing challenges at us nothing was ever a bother. For the rest of my life I will remember arwel and his kindness. The best decision I ever made, my uncle was more then looked after and the make up was outstanding. My uncle looked perfect and so at peace.

I can't thank Hefin and the team enough. They were so caring and saw to everything, making helpful suggestions when needed. Many staff members sing in a Welsh Male Voice Choir and when they sang harmonies at the funeral it was incredibly moving. Their discrete kindness was very much appreciated.
