Took my 15 month old Border Collie here for a groom yesterday. As he hadn’t been professionally groomed since a tiny puppy my main focus was just him having a positive experience! My hopes were exceeded, after 90 minutes I came and collected my, not only beautiful looking, but super happy boy. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

Such an amazing experience for both my and my cat, they were so friendly and reassuring about the groom which my cat had never had before. They handled him so well and calmly I was amazed. He came out looking and smelling great. I couldn't be more happy with the service, already booked in for his next groom.❤️

Sam came and groomed both my Goldies today, it was a first for both of them and she was amazing. She was great with both dogs and was so patient with them when they were both reluctant to get in the van. When I popped back to check all was ok 10 mins later I could hear Sam chatting and reassuring the dogs which gave me the confidence to leave them. When they were finished they both looked and smelt fantastic. We will be booking again

We brought our dog Zola to Sam and Claire and hit the jackpot. Sam and Claire seem to have a dog whisperer" quality about them. They completely calmed our apprehensive ( this was her first time ) nervous golden retriever into a pup more than happy to get a trim every day! They are completely loving

HI had my little Tibetan Terrier being looked after while I was away, only to come back to her fur completely matted and she was very uncomfortable. Sam @ Classy Coats was recommended to me, she made time to come over immediately and my little Daisy came back delighted with herself, I cried I was so happy!! Thanks Sam, she did such a good job we booked our other dog in with her the following week. From now on I wouldn't go anywhere else, Sam has a magic touch!!!

Fabulous experience. 1 year old rotties first nail experience and they were fab.So lovely and easy to find. Definitely recommend. They also squeezed me in with 24hours notice so thank you!!
