We needed to buy a new, fitted washing machine, na this shop was recommended by a local St. Leonards-on-sea resident. Apparently, this shop, which has been around for some 40+ years at least, is well renowned locally for its first class service and after-service too, and during our visit this is exactly what we found as well. Extremely helpful staff in a large shop with a vast range of white goods, and other electronic products. In very short order we were given suggestions for a reasonably priced replacement machine, given a possible delivery and installation date, and after weighing up the salesman's suggestion we went for it. So good to find such a good electronic and white goods shop in the centre of St. Leonards-on-sea!

We visited here after Curry's. From the ridiculous to the sublime. At Curry's we were offered no help at all whilst we were looking at freezers for over quarter an hour.At Adams and Jarret, Julian was unpushily there, giving us required information as well as making personal recommendations. He really knew his stuff and was so pleasant to speak to. What a relief to find out I'm not invisible! Strongly recommend this store based on the service we received.

Have bought several items over the last couple of years since I moved here. Most recently a 55in smart TV. Service always helpful and knowledgable and prices as good as anywhere else on line or in store. Lots of stock so they can often deliver next day (as they did for my TV which was too big for the boot of my car). Good all round electrical retailer.

Great service from a this local company. Helpful and very knowledgeable staff. Also the appliance we choose was at a competitive price and in stock and we we're able to collect it there and then, although they do deliver if you prefer. Will definitely consider them for future electrical purchases.

Great service from this local company. Purchased a much needed tumble dryer and had great advice from the lady who served me and also from other staff - all so helpful and not pushy. Delivery was the next day at the time they said they would deliver. They keep to their word and offer a 5* service. What's not to love?

Couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Called up on a Friday afternoon and had our new washing machine installed by Saturday morning. Even more impressive as they were able to accommodate delivery to a 3rd floor flat with no lift! Would highly recommend
