Avoid! They charge for a service that they simply don't deliver. They are incredibly unresponsive. Then when they eventually turn up they quote for work that is unnecessary. I would give no stars if it were possible

Very responsive and knowledgeable, when helping us to understand the lift specification required for our project. Delivery and lead times were fully met. I would highly recommend this company, they were a pleasure to work with.

Nova lifts had been commissioned to replace and install a brand new lift in our block.2/3months passed from the expected completion date and they advised it was due to checks and tests, but this will be the best lift and worth the wait.Lift was finally finished circa march/April.Since then it's been broken more times than working and is currently down as we speak.

Typical generic company. Everytime they get a maintenance contract for a lift they do everything they can to persuade the owner to modernize it. They always change well designed logic that works well and change it to Lester controls that slow the lift down with loads of delays.
