Would 100% recommend visiting body balance, amazing experience and walked out feeling fresh. He instantly noticed a few issues with my shoulder and back which shows the knowledge he has. Clicks were so natural and didn’t have any pain. Get yourselves booked in, you wont regret it.

Exceptional service by Abdullah, who was really knowledgable and went above and beyond in the session. He diagnosed and treat a range of different sports injuries and issues I was still recovering from. After the session I feel an extremely relaxed and I’m able to move with no pain during my workouts! Highly recommend and I will be visiting again very soon.Thanks for an amazing session and the professionalism throughout!I appreciated the extra mobility and stretching information that I received after, which I’ll be adding to my routine

Great experience, Abdulla diagnosed the issues with my posture straight away and set about fixing them. I have been to other chiropractors before who advised they didn’t know the issue and it would take weeks to fix, Abdulla got all my problems sorted with a full body MOT and provided a comprehensive and detailed aftercare program. Really friendly and extremely knowledgeable, highly recommend.

Developed a knee pain, suffered from it for almost 2 weeks. Booked a appointment first time ever with Abz, he is such a gentleman, booked me in under 24hrs notice for very next day. Abz definitely knows what he is doing, very supportive and knowledgeable and easy going individual. My knee has recovered and is feeling much better 2 days after the treatment. Abdulla is very welcoming and knows what hes doing 100%. Will talk you through what he’s doing and why thoroughly and the results speak for themselves. Not like any other therapy I've had before, one session and i am feeling great and will feel better after the rehab provided. Great experience and would recommend to everyone!

- The miracle clinic!Body Balance is easy to find, right off the link road in to Cardiff Bay & plenty of free private parking.Abdulla is thorough in his explanations of your diagnosis, the treatment he will provide & also in his after care.I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone with a rehabilitation need, very professional and saw lasting results in the first session.Provided a better quality of sleep, less pain, increased body movement & energy.**** 11/10 ****

What an experience I had at the body balance clinic Cardiff! I’ve spent well over 6 to £700 on treatment for my back and nothing has worked and after two sessions with the body balance I am feeling 70% better already, I can’t wait for another session! 10/10 would recommend!!

Yesterday I messaged Abz about doing hijama and he was able to book me in the next day and also fix up my posture and shoulder pain. This pain has been ongoing for many months and have gone to many different physios such as Ascenti but never helped but abz in one session was able to reduce the pain and improve my posture and do hijama for me. This guy is amazing and would 100% recommend to everyone!
