Sercsn looked after me today after I purchased an incorrect watch strap from Amazon.He informed me it was not leather and neither did it fit, it was too big. He showed me some of the straps that he had in stock similar to the one I had purchased from Amazon. I purchased one and he fit it straight away. Excellent efficient service. No waiting. I would recommend and definitely return if needs be.
