My friend brought some earrings and rings and wasn’t expecting the price at the till but paid as she gets anxious in such situations. She decided she wanted to return so I did this with her . However were met by the most rude staff member ever. Exchange policy states you can’t return earrings once leaving the store, I didn’t get this as they were literally brand new but I guess the rules are the rules.However the way I was spoke to was disgusting. When asking for an explanation of this policy as we’ve never come across this before the assistant was rude, dismissive and angry. I decided to take a look at the receipt to run through the exchange policy out of curiosity. And I’m met with ‘well I need the receipt to do your return don’t i’. No patience, no manners nothing. I then asked to speak to a manager and I was told that I was speaking to the manager which I truly don’t believe was the case. No management I have come across in my life has acted with such a bratty attitude towards paying customers. When going in make sure you check prices etc. because if you purchase and change your mind even 5 seconds after purchase you’ll be treated in a degrading manner in-front of other customers.

Had my daughter's ear pierced, I said the markings weren't the same but the the shop assistant was getting annoyed and I was told my daughter's ear aren't the same. Should have left . Checked when I got home and they are the same and now my poor daughter has to have it done again. Should have gone to Claire's!

Awful, blonde girl on counter really rude!Went for ears piercing, had to wait ages, 3 days and had to removed, swollen and infected with a lump. Worst experience from start to finish & waste of money! Customer service & attentiveness is missing!Never again.

Disgusting customer service. Went in approx 7:30pm last night for ear piercing. Girl at the counter (multiple ear piercings, red-ish hair) said come back in 10 min as waiting for her colleague to come off her break. Returned 10 min later her colleague had returned but then said it was going to be another 10 min?? I wouldn’t have minded but both colleagues were at the till just chatting amongst themselves, the Asian colleague with hijab was serving customers but the colleague I spoke with the red hair wasn’t even serving she was just standing there. She as rude, unhelpful and had an extreme attitude problem. when I tried to ask her questions about the piercings she basically ignored me so I had to keep asking her again and again. She showed me the selection of earrings they had which was pathetic, they had like 5 earrings to chose from. Then she saw someone she knew and went off to hug and chat to them! Wouldn’t trust her anywhere near my ears!Ended up leaving and went to Claire’s instead who were lovely and informative.

The two girls on the till 17.07 are so rude. Had their own conversation while looking me up and down. One girl had brown hair the hair white blonde hair with an interesting outfit choice. Avoid

Terrible experience first person who was tall lady with red blazer on today sunday said if I wanted to get my daughters ears pierced wait in queue after waiting in big queue was told by asian lady they cant pierce my daughters ears because ive not bought red book yet my niece had hers done 2 months ago and they needed no red book. Terrible experience will never be returning went claires instead and got them pierced there

not much silver jewellery, inattentive staff, for a lot of people in a crammed store, there was nothing whatsoever to be done to deal with customers in an orderly manner. saw a staff member give quite dirty looks to customers browsing on a ring station she was trying to tidy up, by the till area. walked away after that and kept my question to myself. won’t be back.

I have gotten a piercing done by Ifra and it was amazing. She made sure i was comfortable and was super informative. Im very pleased with my experience and the service she provided.

I have gotten both my daughters and myself pierced at Lovisa Trafford Centre during the summer holidays and honestly can't fault it! I came on 2 separate occasions and the young girl Amina that did one of my daughters also did my nose. At my age I didn't know if I'd pull it off but I am so happy with it and it makes me feel younger! I could tell a lot of care was going in to ensuring the positioning is accurate and even. Overall it seems very sanitary and the staff were extremely kind when one of my girls felt a bit anxious. Now speaking, all of the piercings are healing very well and she did reassure us that we could pop back in store if we had any further questions. Plus its much cheaper than anywhere else in The Trafford Centre!

I have been an avid customer for a long time and have purchased everything from earrings to bangles to nose studs. The only interaction that made me question myself was during a late visit, there was a male and female worker with very similar hair colours bickering so much. Am I in a drama or in a piercing shop. Also the outfits are rather rambunctious.
