OYO Victoria Apartments
The apartments have a Lovely receptionist who is helpful and a credit to the hotel. The apartment was clean and tidy, comfortable and good for staying in while working away. They Just need to put some more pots, pans, utensils etc in as I had meal preps for the week so I was fine but if not cooking would have been impossible. Overall would come back and stay again definitely

Reasonable size apartments, modern style, everything you need. Seems a bit odd how the beds don't have matress protectors on. Would advise anyone staying to look under the sheet to see what they are actually sleeping on. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Clean, tidy comfy bed. 40 minutes walk from Riverside Stadium. Just what we needed. We stayed on a Manic night in town, the Killers. Kim did an excellent job from me booking to us leaving. She had had a nightmare with Booking.com over booking her and then cancelling bookings and she'd been on the phone all Tuesday trying to accommodate everyone. Even ended up giving up her own bed!Would definitely stay there again.

Staff very helpful and friendly, place was nice and clean and located perfect for me because it’s near the main roads and a two minute walk from Greg’s Burger King and Taco Bell. Stayed here for work and it’s perfect because it has the oven fridge and everything you need.

Pros: clean, new so still relatively neat, spacious bedrooms, very cheap for somewhere to stay.Cons: ZERO places to hang things. Literally not one single hook or rail or wardrobe to be seen. Mismatched beds and bedding, lumpy and stained mattresses that look donated, furniture is mostly worn, broken or held together with Sellotape. Nowhere to hang towels in bathroom or even to put a toothbrush.Checking in system is a bit weird, the lady took a photo of my driving license on her phone for ID, you also need a CASH £50 deposit. She's walking around with my persinal details in her camera roll??Rooms are large and freshly painted but have zero character and the furniture is at odds with the newly done up rooms.Basically, for a cheap and clean place to crash then it's great, for anything else, no.

No pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, tea towels, dustpan and brush, cleaning materials.Toilet had a very poor flush, no light bulb in room, and only 1 two seater settee for 4/5 people. Only been open for 1 week - is this acceptable? Appartment was very clean and tidy.

Nice place and staff is helpful. next time book tha room because just 1 min walking greggs, burger king ,taco bell , and 5 min walking Asda super market

Had a lovely nights sleep bed very comfy... staff was polite and very helpful. Was very clean but Location isn't the best but it didn't spoil my stay and the price of the apartment is brilliant value for money... I will stay here again

We booked this hotel due to a work trip up in middlesborough and honestly it was a bit of a rush job. The hostess bent over backwards to accommodate us, honestly nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend this place enough. The rooms were large and comfortable and private. It was easy to find and easy to park in a safe area. Thank you very much Kim for everything you did for us.Mike

Stayed here recently for work. The area is rough the one guy that worked there stank of booze and watch him witness his pal another resident kill a bird with a firework. The room was rank absolutely stank of fish I found I spliff in the window fitting and dried chewing gum stuck next to the bed. The toilet was almost black nail clippings on the sofa We were forced to leave our rooms unsecured as there was no keys to lock the front door and only 1 key for bedroom door. We had to cancel the booking to find somewhere else.
