I would not come here again. Being a 1st time drive I took my car in for a MOT and service. The MOT failed, they noted I needed break pads and discs. The total came up to £700+ in total. Honestly such scammers, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Great garage. Fixed my DPF on my car which was a huge job. Had weeks of stress trying to sort my car out, wish I contacted these guys sooner. Quoted £2600 from other company’s and as a women trying to get my car fixed didn’t know who to trust! These guys did it for less than half that price and my car feels brand new again, can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend Nick and all the guys who work here ***** 5 stars :)

Great local garage. Have taken two cars here for years for MOTs, service and trouble shooting/repairs. Always been really reliable and very responsive when something needs to be done quickly.

I highly not recommend this garage. They wanted to deceive me there and press for costs. I went to make a MOT ,did not pass because of the tires, which of course I asked to change them and some parts. They didn't have my tires in stock so I had to wait until Monday for new tires. I arrived on Monday, the tires did not arrive and the owner did not even call me. I wasted a lot of time, he told me to come back the next day. The mot didn't pass because of a broken part in the car and they told me that they would replace it for only £85. Having a mechanic friend exchanged this part for me for £25 and said that this part was in working order and they should not go for it. I went to two other garages to ask for advice showing the part I replaced. they all agreed that it was working. when I returned to this garage and told them that they wanted to deceive me, they said that they had made a mistake and another part was broken and that if I replaced this part with them, there would be no problem. They still didn't want to give me a MOT, they did it after a big argument and only when I started recording them with my phone. Avoid this garage if you don't want to be scammed.

My car kept on cutting out at odd times. Fault description said it was the 4th spark plug. Got that done and the car serviced. On the motorway back from Wales and the car cuts out again. Seems the spark plug was fine but the cable was split and shorting out the car. So to be clear they took out the cable with the splits, changed the spark plug that had nothing wrong with it, charged me for the new spark plug and then replaced the damaged cable that was causing the problem. Thank god the other drivers on the motorway slowed down and allowed me to push my car from the 3rd lane to the hard shoulder. I have never been back since and will never go again. Plus reading some of the other horror stories here tells me this was not just a one off mistake. Be very careful with your car here I would not recommend them to anyone.

Just had a MOT done at G&N and what a brilliant service, such a friendly guy on the desk explained to me what my car needed to have done for it to pass and quoted me a very reasonable price and got to it straightaway even though they were shutting in 15mins time. Had a nice chat with the guy who was behind the desk and keys were handed back to me.Very pleasant staff, a hidden gem will definitely be using them again
