Absolutely first class service.I ordered 2 Samsonite Base Boost 4 Wheel Cabin Suitcases. I didn’t pay next day delivery but they arrived the next morning. One of the suitcases had a faulty zip. I returned it and bought a replacement. That also arrived the next morning.My refund was given as soon as they received my returned case.I had a few live chats with Laura who was absolutely brilliant.Excellent company all round.

Prompt delivery, anice looking case. I bought as i was travelling to Egypt. On arrival i took my bag from the baggage belt and the 4 small case stands, that keeps your bag from sitting on the floor, one had broken off. As i am still away i have yet to try and find out what the company will do.

We purchased two Samsonite cases from this company 75cm and 55cm for our adult daughter as we were going away with her and her baby son, lol when she dropped her suitcase off the lock wasn’t working, we wanted these cases asap and it was a bank holiday weekend, however they didn’t let us down, they arrived on time… definitely will purchase from this company again, beautiful suitcases. Thank you !!

Would have been good if they actually shipped both cases which I ordered, claimed both had been shipped but they only shipped the hand luggage, suprise suprise the large case was then out of stock and had to be refunded. Very disappointing, giving two stars as at least they agreed to refund.
