Club 21

I have had a week from hell at work, I am a single mum with no free time and money is tight. I also have fibromyalgia and live with daily pain. I had a day off from being mum so I saved up my money to book a hair cut and a massage because I desperately needed a self care day. I planned my entire day around getting my hair appointment at 10am so after my hair cut I could get my massage and go home to rest. I turned up early for my appointment to be told they had cancelled it with no reason given and then I watched the girl they gave my appointment to walk in and take my appointment!! I literally cried, I have not had a hair cut since January and this was so needed. They didn’t try to squeeze me in that morning or tell the other girl that they had accidentally double booked and she would have to come back. I literally left in tears. I would avoid and triple check your booking as they cancelled my appointment for no reason at all and it has totally messed my entire day up!

Very professional saloon Staff made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.Had my hair coloured and cut would definitely recommend this hairdressers to all my friends and family. Thanks for a great hair cut and colour made me feel 10 years younger.

I’ve always been to Club 21 to have my hair done and I would never go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I love my girl, Sophie. I can always rely on her to give advice when I change my mind on what I want done, which is all the time and I know she will be honest with me too. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Love this salon. I've been coming here for a couple of years now, Jenna does my hair and I'm always really happy with it- sun kissed hair from a salon- love it. When I've booked last minute appointments other hairdressers have done my hair and I've always been really happy with the results too. You can relax, have a coffee and feel good, you get a good head massage too!

After a disaster at another local salon, I needed help! Thank goodness I rediscovered Club 21. Sophie is my hairdresser and I will not have anyone else cutting my hair, she is a master of her craft. The rest of the girls are all super and the lovely Wendy is a brilliant person to have on the reception, so warm and welcoming. Super Sophie, super salon and super service. Thank you.

Its been a year trying to find a good hairdresser after i moved to Bexley (I had a few disasters). They are lovely girls in the salon. My hairdresser Abbie was particularly lovely and did a brilliant job, great cut and colour. So at long last found my hairdresser!

Worst haircut ever! It's been months and I am still figuring out the cut.

Immaculate service! Five stars!It was my first haircut in a long time and chose here cos of good reviews on google. Sarah cut my hair. We had a wonderful conversation as she cut my hair, and I felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout my entire experience. I had a wonderful time and absolutely will come back again. Thank you!
