Absolutely can't fault the professionalism of Ivan Fisher in Aylsham. They were so kind, thoughtful and dignified throughout my Grandads funeral preparations. They certainly did my grandad proud. I am so pleased that Ivan Fisher Independent Funeral Homes were recommended to me on the death of my husband.From my first meeting with Paul at Aylsham through to the funeral itself, everything was handled with sympathy, care and respect for the deceased.At a time when I was feeling fragile they helped me to achieve the kind of farewell I wanted, and their attention to detail left me with no worries that everything would go perfectly – which it did!I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly pass on that recommendation.

Provided a completely professional service during a difficult and sudden death in my family. Worked with everyone in the family and let us make decisions together. When our worst nightmare happened and there was a Covid outbreak in the family the day before the funeral - it was a Sunday too - they were able to rearrange the funeral at no additional cost except a small fee to the florists for flowers she could not reuse. Having spoke to several funeral homes from Cromer to Norwich their modern yet traditional place, experience and customer service had won me over within the first five minutes of meeting them. Ivan Fisher (Aylsham) arranged my late mother’s funeral in August 2021. At a time when the World was still going mad over Covid I found them a beacon of sanity and normality. They provided straightforward practical advice but, above all, they listened to our wishes. Mum didn’t like fuss but she did like things to be done properly and, as a thrifty Scot, she appreciated value for money. Ivan Fisher scored highly on all three points. Another nice touch was that they got in touch again at Christmas to let us remember mum by hanging a little star on their Christmas tree. Overall, I have found them courteous, compassionate and professional. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.
