Had signed up for a direct debit just before prices went up. I was paying £80 with my old firm and scottish power signed me up for £72 for three years which i was happy with. Scottish Power rang and confirmed the direct debit was set up but the DD was cancelled and now want £210 which i cannot afford. The lady took me through all the payment options which varied but then asked that i looked up the paper copy that came through. Even though she had been told i had health problems she seemed cross that we had to wait for my grandson to come home she then put the phone down. So much for improvement

Not really listening to what I want. More interested in selling contracts even after being told that I am not interested in contract phones. Left without buying anything and will buy new from somewhere else.

Very professional, knowegable staff. Nataly (apologies if pronounciation is wrong) didn't hesitate do extra miles for me to unlock mine phone (brought somewhere else). I wish all employee get an example of excellent customer service form Nataly. Highly recommended EE on high street in Kirkcaldy and the whole team also.
