I tried to call and book my bike in as I was having trouble using my clutch but the phones were really busy so I decided to pop is as I was passing.As I was parking up one of the mechanics was pushing a bike into the car park so I asked him of some advice. He was really helpful and know what the problem was straight away and adjusted my clutch lever and explained what I should be looking for next time.It's my first bike after passing my test and they made me feel really welcome I wouldn't highly recommend them 10/10I cannot remember the mechanics name bet he was the one with the fluffy beard.

I received excellent customer service in the Harley clothing department, the staff were patient and helpful in finding me the correct size crash helmet, I’d recently been sold a helmet that was to big for me by another dealership , the ladies measured me properly and sorted the problem.

Lovely place, lovely staff, lovely bikes. I had an amazing experience with Melissa my sales Lady, she could not do enough for me, full of knowledge, friendly, always smiling and helpful. Steve the Manager, offered me lots of tips, and advice. Great service from the ladies in aftersales, excellent knowledge, friendly, ready to help.
