The whole team in Medivet Coventry deserve special thank you for looking after my 4 paws' friend Oskar, who suddenly past away but I am extremely grateful for Simon's special attention and amazing help throughout Oskar's whole life. Now we have another 4 paws' family addition called Diablo, also German Shepherd and with great confidence I have already registered him to Medivet Coventry, where I feel comfortable and safe that my dog will receive exceptional care and support when needed. Absolutely amazing team which deserves five stars for their hard work and effort.

Extortionate price to pay for a 10 minute consultation £42 when no treatment necessaryReceptionist commented on a previous client after they had left the room, unprofessionalOne week later, I returned with my dog regarding the same medical issue. Simon Pudsey double checked my dog and treated accordingly , not because the first diagnosis was wrong but as a precaution as my dog was going into Kennels. I was not charged a second consultation fee .Very satisfied with the service I got. Would recommend .

I was very pleased with the service, the staff were friendly, we were seen very quickly, the vet was very professional, informative and compassionate knowing we were there because we were worried for our cat. It was easy to pay and the reception staff were very helpful.

My cat Loki has just had a tumour removed by Medivet Coventry.It’s obviously a stressful time when you find out a cherished pet is ill. They handled the situation fantastically, presenting the situation and our different options clearly and concisely. At no point did I feel pressured or as if they would judge me on taking a certain path.We chose to have x-rays, blood samples, the tumour removed and a biopsy on the tumour.They were efficient, friendly and sensitive.Everything happened as they said it would. I can highly recommend this veterinary practice.Loki’s tumour was benign.

Re-visit £42 Even though you paid £50 for consultation for the first visit. Money grabbing veterinary surgery for animal lovers. I believe in Karma. I feel sorry for the staff who work on the face/phone 1/2/1 service. You unfortunately will get more poo.This veterinary hospital is not someone I'd recommend to anyone in Coventry. Broad lane Vets are the best and cheaper. Xxx

Had terrible first experience with this practice, vets and customer service. We always had to argue and speak to 5 people to find out what you being charged for and why. You get to reception and they tell you impossible number but can't explain why, as vet puts in the charges. After double checking always find errors, so if you go to them you must always double check everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. We were told broad spectrum test are being run for my cat, turns out twice they only tested for 1 parasite, so had to pay for 3 tests instead. We only stayed as Tiago the vet is amazing, genuinely very good with our cat, hence the 2 stars not 1. Customer Service is terrible too, called to book an appointment as my male cat wasn't urinating, receptionist told me if that was true my cat would be dead. Needless to say, hung up and booked other vets to see my cat and everything was resolved that evening, tests done and medication given. Sadly, even as we left we are once again disappointed by the Medivet Coventry practice once more. Even though my cat has been microchipped on paper, my new vets could not find a chip on him, so has to be chipped once again. Medivet Coventry reply - it happens. Not even an apology.I cannot recommend, they are pain to work with and never has anything been straightforward. By the end we were only collecting flea treatment from them and going to James Horner vets in Birmingham. Greedy and aside from a few vets, the staff does not care about animals.Called them once with having found a very pregnant cat with fleas abandoned on the street. Their advice, leave her where she is and call RSPCA. Happily, James Horner vets immediately helped me, gave me advice on how to clean her up and saw her few days later. James took me through what to expect birth wise and how they can help, prices and services were available to me in advance. Mom gave birth within 10 days of me finding her. Glad to say all the kittens and mom are healthy and happy and have forever homes now.

My medivet practice provides a caring, supportive and friendly service to all its clients and their pets. I have total trust in all the staff. I would recommend this practice to all doting pet owners.

After having a bad experience with my previous vet I am more than happy now that I have joined Medivet its nice to meet staff members/vet nurses who actually care about the animal. Also having joined the payment plan takes away a lot of the stress having to find a huge amount of money to pay for pills, injection etc. The service that I have received to date has been excellent.

Great vet, appointment booking easy and hassle free. Called with updates after surgery and a second follow up call. Service was brilliant. Everything ran through clearly.
