A new mask out I tried (after using many of these products with no issues) burnt my face quite badly the night of my tenth wedding anniversary so I complained long story short the final email was a classic corporate hands washed of responsibility exercise. No apology just that well you must be allergic to something in this mask. Unbeknown to them I have zero allergys as I had to get tested for another issue. They said the toxicology report was clean but didn't provide me with a copy, strange as I didn't send the packet back to them so what's to say that one scatet wasn't affected? I'm am very disappointed and will tell everyone I know and that will listen about this whole ordeal!
