I find it imperative to express my deep disgust and utter dissatisfaction with your company's reprehensible services. I hired a car from your company, and promptly settled a PCN fee that was emailed to me. Shockingly, after a full two years, I received a court letter regarding an unforeseen administrative fee of £40 - a charge you never deemed necessary to inform me about. Your audacity to now demand nearly £300, inclusive of court fees, is nothing short of fraudulent and deceitful. Your customer service has been abysmal. Notably, one of your agents even acknowledged the company's oversight regarding the administrative charge. Yet, in a later interaction, I was told that this very agent was no longer associated with your firm. This is not just unprofessional but deplorable behavior. You have not only exploited your customers but have also blatantly violated my consumer rights. I assure you, I will not let this matter rest. Your dubious tactics will be exposed on social media, and I am confident journalists will be keen to highlight such malpractices. I strongly advise potential clients to steer clear of your fraudulent operations.AND DON'T EVEN DARE TO TELL ME TO CONTACT YOUR SUPPORT, AS THEY ARE AS USELESS AS YOU READING THIS REVIEW RIGHT NOW, DOING DUCK ALL! You are going to pay for messing with vulnerable customers and abusing my customer rights!

Having lived out of the UK for several years, I constantly travel and use multiple car rental services globally. However this is the first time I’ve been impressed and received the highest quality customer service! Im simply astounded at how seamlessly Tony managed to handle the booking and suggested an upgrade which definitely kept my family comfortable on drives up and down the UK. He was beyond helpful and an absolute pleasure to converse with! I’ll certainly be using Europcar again purely because of Tony! A fantastic employee that represents Europcar in the most positive manner! Thank you Tony for all your help and effort!

Never ever hire from this company. I hired a car in October. This is what happened- the car broke down on the motorway within two hours- the pick-up company turned up after several hours and refused to give me a lift home, so I had to pay a taxi of over 100 pounds and europcar did nothing to help- it then took me nearly two days to get a replacement car. Every time I called the company just told me to return to Luton airport (several hundred miles away) to get a new car. I eventually had to go to another office and sit there until they gave me another car- I eventually complained. They never replied to phone and written complaints. The third time I tried they replied, and told me I’d get some money back. That happened, but then they took the money back out of my account again.Unbelievable

The vehicle that was delivered to me had a fuel gauge fault was told this by the guy delivering the vehicle found that very unprofessional the vehicle should have been fully checked before going out on hire. a car with a fault should not be given out on hire period. Even after went to the branch and was told we got no other vehicles and can't help you. Very disappointed with the service. Result never to use eurocar ever again!!

Scam alert:I would like to clarify that I returned the vehicle to the Europcar branch in Luton, and as it was early morning, the branch was closed at the time of return. Following the instructions provided by your staff, I placed the key in the designated dropbox in front of the branch. It appears that we mistakenly used the wrong box, and they are informing us that we don't have access to that particular box!!! There are four boxes positioned next to each other within a single structure!then I got the damage letter for key loss!!!the moment after my discussion with the staff, during which I emphasized the need for a clear sign to prevent further occurrences of customers mistakenly placing keys in the wrong box. Prior to this, there was no sign or indication distinguishing the boxes for Europcar and the now-closed rental company.It is disheartening to note that, despite my efforts to highlight the issue, the rental station did not have proper preventive measures in place beforehand, leading to multiple customers making the same mistake. I find it concerning that, even after the third incident (mine), the staff did not take proactive steps to address the situation promptly.

I was the subject of a scam in the London Luton Car Hire Centre.The person who gave me the car booked and prepaid with you via the Easyjet website asked me if I wanted additional insurance. I answered no. He insisted. I answered no, again. Having checked my documents he told me that there was a tax amount to pay (VAT) of around 90 GBP. I told him I hadn't been told. He answers me that this is never communicated by Easyjet.Trusting the employee, I signed the documents and paid the amount requested. However, during the following days I checked my voucher where it was specified that there were no additional taxes or VAT to pay.Upon returning the car, I notified of the error to request a refund. The employee, a different person, printed the invoice relating to my rental which indicated that I had purchased an insurance which I never requested and that was never offered to me. On the other hand, in the single sheet that was given to me when I collected the car, and which I attach to this email, wasn’t specified this additional service which I never requested and which, I repeat, was presented to me as VAT.I wrote to the customer services: nobody answered to me.

Overall a good experience with the rental. My only criticism is that I booked for a Ford Focus but was given a Vauxhall Crossover, which I do not believe is the same class of car. In the end I had to pay more for something better.Also because I was dropping the car off to another Airport, I was charged a further £100 from the quoted price. I believe the prices should be shown for the very beginning.

Excellent experience renting a car with these guys at the car hirecentre at Luton Airport. Cyrus was my contact this time and he was very friendly and helpful , Omir was also on the desk and they both treat you as old friends. Well done.
