What an awful redesign. Having to queue in front of the door. Too many self serve machines right in front of door. Only 1 till I could see. Staff very unhelpful with my missing order.Also ordered off just eat and my order never arrived just kept saying looking for delivery drivers for 4 hours. Always items missing when ordered from here.I will no longer be getting my food from here.

I just wanted to share a positive experience with a member of staff at this mcdonalds - he couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or engaging. Really kind to my daughter and really set a wonderful example of great customer service.

Visited this McDonald’s at 11am Wednesday 16th November and had the best customer service experience I have ever had at a fast food chain. The staff here were all wonderful.My order was called using my first name (they weren’t very busy) and each member of staff greeted us and wished us a good day.I’d like to give a special shoutout to the man who was cleaning and occasionally bringing out food. He was so friendly and doing such a good job. The place was spotless and he was proactive in taking trays away, cracking a joke as he did. Really standout person and it’s clear he takes great pride in his job.Will definitely make this my McDonald’s of choice from now on!

Newly refurbished. After a bad experience a while ago I was hoping for improvement. Why such a low score? No cold desserts, no shakes, no ice-cream. The toilets have a weird design. Having a urinal in full view within 1ft of the sink. In fact literally beside the sink. The other urinal so close to the door you can be bowled over! I'm no prude but really?

Service was slow, we waited almost 7 minutes just for a crispy chicken burger to be added to the preparing and it wasnt until we pointed out that our order number still hadn't been added before it was then added. If we didn't mention it then we would still be waiting for it the next day.

Always helpful and pleasant if you need anything. My only criticism is that every single time we've been in there we can't get a receipt out of the machine,this is important because there has been a couple of occasions where they've brought over our order and something is missing off of it! Its just easier to prove that you did order it.

Clean & tidy. Look forward to returning..Only thing I have against McDonald resturant is how small toilets are.No social distancing as everything is close together along with the tiny cubercals.

Ordered delivery from here and more often than not, orders arrive missing items. Or entire meals altogether. Contact the restaurant to ask for missing items to be sent out. They say they don’t manage the delivery drivers. Well maybe if you managed the Macdonalds staff that pack the orders, you wouldn’t have as many complaints. Ownership and accountability of service much needed!

I ordered hot chocolate but it doesn’t look anything like hot chocolate. It also has too much water and tastes nothing like hot water. I think this is the worst hot chocolate I have ever had as it is just so bland.
