we people always respect the employees who working in restaurants, because they work hard for make thier customers happy and retain. But here, zero respect to their customer service. Very disrespectful behavior to the customers. This is not the first time experience, we had the same experience in several times. Please hire staff with some personal qualities as well social qualities.

I have ordered Loaded Rice. The rice is the worst one. Loaded fries is better. Chicken was not properly cooked. One of their staff member used the food tray to push the waste in the bin. I am concerned about the cleanliness of the food and kitchen. Overall, I am not satisfied with the quality of food cleanliness. As shown in the picture, there are leftover chicken feathers in BBQ chicken wings. Please see the picture. I ask them what is wrong with their food. The reply was shocking. The said, “can’t you see what is this things. Have some common sense.” At the end they also said, “Don’t come again.” I was shocked. I felt guilty asking the question about their worst food. The staff was very very rude. I am not going there again ever.

Staff behavior was not good to the customer on 12/10/23 12:50 I ordered my food who was wearing a glass she didn't know how to handle a customer so kindly avoid these kinds of staff to improve your business please

Worse chicken shop I have ever ordered from. The chicken in the burger and wings were completely dry. Ordered bbq wings which were just your standard wings so no bbq sauce. The burgers barely had any sauce in it. No sauce or salt packets and no tissues included in the take away bag.

We took 2 pieces meal to taste the chicken ! But that experience disappoint me very badly I feel some smell on that chicken! Size of that chicken is good fries quantity’s quality was good but the smell on chicken wasn’t good and taste wasn’t good also.This is the only halal shop over commercial road but their quality disappointed me!I hope owner of that shop see this review and check their food quality.And their environment and stuff behaviour was good and tiptop.

Ordered 2 loaded dishes and 3 bonless chicken. Food was very fresh and great taste. The service was lovely and cooked fresh 5 min waited but well worth it. Thanks

I have been frequenting this place for the past few months. Initially, everything seemed fine, but recently, I've noticed an odd smell from their chicken. I brought this to their attention, informing them that something might be amiss with their chicken. Despite my feedback, I decided to give their food another try, only to encounter the same unpleasant odor once again. Disappointingly, their response was merely a dismissal, claiming that there was nothing wrong everything is fine from their end. And today i am here to check reviews everybody is saying their chicken has a problem.they are ignoring all reviews and keep selling them same way.No recommend them at all
