Grumpy owner for a start but she has days when she is 'nicer'. Anyway, we bought rats from here rather than the usual place, 'Pets at Home' in Arbroath who check the health of their animals. One rat had a respiratory infection when we bought her, which cost a lot to treat and then both continued to have a series of abscesses for months until one developed a tumour. I mentioned this to the owner but she offered no comment or even sympathy! We love our rats and have had several over the last few years who have thrived. It appears that this shop only cares about profit, not the welfare of the animals it sells. Will not buy from here again.
