Absolutely disgusting hair in food can't follow simple instructions ruined food happened couple of times now rude when complain to say it's Ubers fault they messed up order when clearly they fault over priced avoid at all cost

Nice store although there were no staff behind the counter when we got there. I felt like we we interrupting what the person who served us was doing so that they could serve us (They had been sat on a laptop in the front while another staff member was eating, I assume on a break).

Ordered on just eat and got sent completely the wrong order, we have all been left hungry. They really need to pay more attention to their order accuracy.

The service was efficient, the sandwich was stuffed with salad so very filling although it did start to unravel, there is 1 lady who has been there awhile who is very good and the others are ok too. Overall I was satisfied with everything - except those little foot long bags are 10p!!!!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would!Order came after 1 & half hours.. estimated delivery time 45 mins. Called to see where order was, order was on the way. 15 mins later we was greeted by cold sandwiches (1 should have been toasted & 1 warmed). Phoned to complain. Won't refund or replace because I binned the sandwiches. Only offered 20% off next order! Order was over £16 and order regularly! Customer service is shocking!Won't be using this shop again!AVOID AND PAY THE EXTRA DELIVERY FROM ANOTHER SHOP!

Poor service+ vulgar customer service by the staff who worked today 3-june 2022@ noon shift. Went for food collection , kept on waiting when asked for delivery the staff said if want wait or go away to other restaurant. Food delivered after 25 minutes later

The assistant was very impolite. Told her 5 times which I wanted and was rude. I haven't been in for 5 years and I will definitely NOT be going back.
