Professional, considerate, consistent.From hygiene to communication, aftercare to customer care in general, everything is to the highest quality.It's easy to book in for check ups, emergency and hygiene appointments, I find the text reminder really helpful too.In my opinion the staff at Dental Spa Solutions are incredible and it makes all the difference, especially if you can feel nervous around going into the dentist.

After a tooth extraction , the blood did not appear to stop. In emergency they saw me within 30 minutes.The swab was placed at the exact point for 30 minutes. We had zero problems afterward. Much appreciated, Thanks.

Had a difficult filling and broken tooth repaired with little discomfort and very professional service.I would suggest a proper secondary reception area for the staff member who has to sit on a stool to register patients as they arrive.Great Idea but cold air from the open front door means they're often sat there with hot water bottles when chilly.

My experience was really bad with dental spa solution. I went with my baby so nobody was there to holding my baby. There were many girls at reception. If doc wanted he could call one of them. There was one helper with doctor. He holded my baby for few seconds. As nobody was there for holding baby .he didn't give proper time to me.One more thing I will add here that staff was very rude. My baby was crying i asked for place to feed my baby. One girl said there a one space on same time other girl denied. Very badI will not recommend to anyone to go there. I really felt bad for my baby she was looking at doc and smiled but doc didn't responde for once.

Im 32 years old and never been to the dentist before (yeah bad I know) I was anxious that I'll be judged because of it but my dentist, Selina was so welcoming and polite, she really made me feel relaxed. The tooth i had taken out was done without pain and reassuring.. I'd highly recommend this practice.. 5 star from me!

Very disappointing experience today. Waiting 40 minutes for my appointment while staff coming in and out of the room ignored me. No apology offered when I was finally seen eitherVery condescending dentist glanced in my mouth and wrote me a prescription but refused to give me a checkup despite the appointment taking less than five minutes. She was rather rude with her passive aggressive attitude towards me too. Surely the time you saved you could have given me a quick checkup while I’m already in the chair? No of course not, would rather I pay twice.Paying £25 for almost an hours wait and 2 minutes chair time left a sour taste. Usually a good experience with my usual dentist but this lady has put me off completely. Needless to say I’ll be looking elsewhere for treatment in the future

This is a wonderful dentist. All of the staff are amazing. I am very nervous at the dentist and recently had some fillings done. Inderjit and his assistant looked after me so well. He has such a good way with nervous patients and my young son when I take him. Will never change dentists!Thank you to you all :)

Very good. I had a root canal repaired, initially making me anxious after an experience as a child which had put me off the dentist for life. I felt nothing, repaired properly in two stints as it was a difficult case, allowing the tooth to heal properly between appointments at no extra cost.

Been a patient here for about 20 years. Always nice people to deal with. Had a dental emergency today and issue sorted in about 10 minutes. Always a professional service. Thank you.
