Astonishingly poor amount of substitutions and unavailable items on small asda online grocery shops coming from this store. Very basic things missing or subbed regularly.EDIT - Order number 8402238000804EDIT 12/23 - And it's only gotten worse since.

Went to get cheese slices for my dog as I do most nights and coffee for work. Got told to leave by a member of staff. Then was reluctantly told it’s because I went through a fire door. I’ve never been through a fire door at any Asda let alone this one. Zero proof provided and considering I work 12 hours a day they have 100% got it wrong. Made to feel like a criminal by Andrew and his chronies at the cigarette desk for no reason what so ever. Can’t admit they’re wrong when I’ve spent £1000’s in the store and was living in shaw prior to it being built. Absolutely insane power trip by Andrew and his staff. Paul Rudd gave this Asda an amazing name for itself and I can see this being ruined.Andrew needs to take a long hard look at how he deals with situations before falsely accusing someone of something they didn’t do

Extreamly frustrated with the poor service you provide. Twice I have recieved my online order and both times the order has been wrong. Or you have substituted my items with cheap nasty Asda brand options. This is really unacceptable and will not be buying from Asda again. How dare you take my money without providing me for what I payed for. Whoever is reading this, do not waist your time and money. Shop somewhere that provides professional service.

A “manager” called Andrew told someone I know he was banned from the store, for allegedly going through a fire door with no evidence, as surprisingly it wasn’t even him. This “manager” would also not state when this apparently took place. Someone of that level, should have the correct etiquette and training before throwing accusations around to someone who wanted to explain it was a misunderstanding xo

Medium sized Asda....cash machines outside...cafe & toilets upstairs at back...tabacconist...etc...time limited parking but if your going to be hours there's free parking all day across the street....then pop to the high street.

Visited yesterday. I wanted a couple of pizzas from the counter. I stood for a few minutes while the 2 ladies chatted about their night out, sounded quite eventful. Eventually I caught their attention, I asked for 2 medium pepperoni. There's a 30 minute wait
