Sarah and team at Carlisle Seat were very helpful. Found the perfect vehicle for me. Explained everything clearly from start to finish. Nothing was a problem and I’m very happy with there service. Will be back again.

Good experience overall. Pleased with the car i got and had a scuffed alloy with they said they would fix after purchase, they did this which they didnt have to do. Only disappointment was got the car given back with no screen wash and fuel light on. Bit disappointed with that considering the good experience i have already had with them.

10/10 service from start to finish from Callum and his manager Martin. Car was delivered to me with zero hassle even though I live over a hundred miles away. At no point did I feel pressured or hassled, in comparison to other companies I’ve previously dealt with these guys really were outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone and I would definitely use them again.

The staff at Bristol Street SEAT Carlisle were good because their salesperson, Jordan, was extremely knowledgeable with reagrds to our vehicle. He wasn't pushy and gave me the information I required to make an informed decision. I was very impressed by him. The other members of staff at the showroom were also very nice and made myself and my little girl very welcome. 5 star rating

This review relates to my experience of an MOT and servicing by this garage earlier this year.Summary: Insisted my car needed almost £500 worth of work which another garage deemed unnecessaryMOT was passed but there were some advisories. The communication of this to me was initially unclear, when I recieved the confirmation call once the MOT had been completed these issues were listed to me without first confirming that the MOT had been passed and it felt implied that these issues had to be corrected, until around 3 minutes into the call when it was actually noted that the MOT had passed but it was again implied that the advisories needed fixed ASAP.The work had been pre priced before calling me and the total quoted was just shy of £500. I recieved a follow up call a week later asking me about my intent to repair, and another call a month later saying something like the mechanic noted that x and y would have to be repaired by now

A very helpful and pleasant team at Bristol Street Motors. Martin made choosing and buying my new car very easy and explained everything in detail. I was kept up to date throughout till the day I collected my new vehicle, followed up by a call to make sure everything was OK and not to hesitate contacting the dealership if I had any queries. I would highly recommend this dealership for their excellent customer care and after-sales.
