My journey with Success Formula Club has only just begun but I feel compelled to write this review to share my experience so far.Damian and his team take a very methodical look at business and really highlight the things that can be easily be overlooked. They really try to understand your business and analyse the areas where improvement is needed. Within one hour of our free introductory coaching session I had a clear vision and we received a detailed plan of what is needed to get us to the next step and to overcome our hurdles. Damian understood my marketable product better than I did from the beginning. When I refused his initial suggestion he went along with me until I came to realize what he saw from the beginning. I attend the monthly business meetings that Damian hosts at The Vulcan Works in Northampton, and he does such an amazing job. The experiences and insights he shares from his own journey in business are invaluable, and the way he has fostered such a positive community of business owners who help each other is a huge credit to him. Damian, as always, hosted a fantastic EC meeting at the new venue, Vulcan Works. The turn out was the best ever and it is great that we have secured the venue for all of 2024.
