Extremely friendly and excellent service. They repaired my wife's wedding ring and did a fantastic job of it.

Don't use this Saphira Jewellers. They ruined my gold locket. By soldering they managed to crack dent and scratch the locket and then said I had brought it in in this state!!!! Shocking workmanship. All they needed to do was to mend the loop which holds it on the chain. I will certainly not be returning and will not recommend them. I did receive a refund for the work carried out. But I was very very upset with their attitude towards me.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR WATCH TO BE REPAIRED HERE! Saphira jewellers has had my watch for two weeks, and I've been to collect it twice. I initially took it in to have the glass replaced, but when i came in the first time to collect it, the glass fell straight back out again, the second i put it on my wrist. I've just collected it for a second time and although the face is now secure, it seems to of been repaired by a todler, with scratches and scraps all over the face, and in addition the second hand will now no longer work. I will not be returning there ever again, and i'd warn others not to either.
