The ladies at Gonerby Gorgeous are great. My dog is quite a nervous, shy dog, but they are patient and kind. Rosie always comes home looking pretty and smelling lovely.The booking system that sends text message reminders is brilliant for people like me that forgets everything!Thank you team Gonerby Gorgeous.

I couldn't recommend Gonerby Gorgeous enough. I took my Puppy in for his first nail trim, he was very nervous but Hazell was excellent. She was very comforting to both me and my puppy and very fast helping to make the experience as smooth as possible. His nails are perfect, thank you so much Ladies, we will certainly be back. Thank you!

I telephoned Gonerby Gorgeous just over a year ago, on the recommendation of a colleague, to book an appointment for my dog and ask for some groming advice. The lady on the telephone was horribly rude. She laughed at me when I asked if there were any appointments available the following week and retorted with a sarcastic comment that made me feel like a fool for even asking. She may well be good with dogs, but her people skills leave a lot to be desired.
