Awful experience. Ordered on the 11th March. Tracking number provided but it didn't update for 2,5 weeks. I've contacted the company directly and was informed that item wasn't shipped, tracking number was incorrect and that it will be shipped in 3-5 days. 10 days without any update so I contacted again and was informed that item still hasn't been shipped and that it will be shipped in 2-3 days. Package everntually was delivered but without any update from the company or new tracking provided.

Good quality (mauve) towels but, after washing, the facecloths have turned pink, the guest towels have turned grey (40 degree) and the bath towel is from a completely different range and is also a different colour. I have kept them as, for the money, they are OK. However, I have had to shop elsewhere for another set which all match. Brushed fitted pillowcases are OK for the money. Wouldn't buy again. Sorry.

Excellent service, prompt delivery. I bought a lovely bedding set that was perfect for me and it washed really well. Will definitely be back for more

Appalling service. They took over 10 days to process my order. Although they took payment straight away. They then sent the goods via Evri, so I am still waiting on my goods. Despite 4 phone calls and two emails. Nobody I have spoken to at Linens Limited seems to want to help. They have there money so they are happy.Me the customer, has no goods which I've paid for and no idea where they are or when I will get them. Absolutely disgusting.

23rd May 2023. 13.01 PMSo far, my NEXT DAY DELIVERY (ordered on Friday evening, 19th May)(£5.95 EXTRA charge) isn't even OUT FOR DELIVERY' by Evri, today.Apparently, If it was on its way, I'd have an estimated time slot.I'm now late collecting my Brother for his 80th Birthday, Party.MARK (yesterday) wouldn't change the delivery date of my items (my Brother' Birthday gift) to next week, so I understood my parcel would be arriving today, and hoping it might get here this morning.Will be following this up because I paid for a service I've not had, & because poor customer care has knock on effects which interferes with peoples' health and busy lives.

Ordered a duvet and mattress cover. Took over two weeks to arrive. The duvet’s hygiene packaging was completely open. Looked like someone found an old case and just stuffed the duvet in. Customer service was shocking! Despite sending photo evidence I was given every excuse under the sun. Apparently bedding is not normally provided with any kind of cover and according to them the hygiene packaging is insignificant! Wow! I asked to speak to management, they’re not around. I asked for the complaints and escalation process to be highlighted. No clear answer. While I’m a firm supporter of independent business, this is one I would avoid. Highly questionable conduct in every aspect and they certainly do not appreciate custom.

Used this company as they are competitively priced for good quality towels and bedding. The box was a little squashed on arrival however.

Shocking service !!!!!!!!Ordered fitted sheet 10 days ago and still waiting for delivery.Customer service was so rude and obnoxious. I suggest you take your money elsewhere. Does not deserve any stars !

Awful company with a faulty site and the contact number doesn't workI ordered 4 cushion inners that were cheap and the delivery was high but thought for four it was worth itWhen I paid it only charged me for one inner so I've paid a load of money for one pillow, the delivery was four times the mapint of the pillowThe ocntact number doesn't work and they don't respond to compalints or emails, absolute joke as is with a lot of these on line companies who you can't contact. I want my money back and I'm really annoyed at your faulty site
