Had a survey completed by Alex, survey was outstanding, thorough, and paid attention to the detail of what needed to be done. Alex remained professional even though the vendor was uptight about him being at the property. Alex was at the end of the phone and email answering any queries I had before and after moving into the property.Everything he wrote in the survey was exact to what needed to be done. Lots of photographs were taken to shoe what needed to be done, which has helped when getting work done. Avice on the recomended checks also has helped to put mind at rest about what does or doesn't need doing too.Alex's advice about buying a house that was built 1890 was excellent, and his knowledge is broad.Thank you for an excellent service.

Had a HomeBuyers Survery carried out by Alex who was professional and so helpful. He went through everything with us over the phone and answered all of our questions which made reading and understanding the full report much easier. We ended up not proceeding with the purchase as the survey revealed a lot of issues that we would not have known about otherwise and saved us a lot of money !
