I have been a patient of changing faces for nearly 10 years. To begin with i had extensive dental work done which involved several implants in both my lower and upper jaw. Through out my treatment i remained very impressed with all the staff at changing faces for their friendly, helpful approach and their professionalism.The outcome of the work has exceeded my expectations and i have remained a patient and can not fault their ongoing care and advice . I think they are quite right to use the phrase Exceptional Dentistry" because that is what they offer."

At the thought of having extensive surgery & implants, I had some concerns and lots of questions! Suresh & Marc are not only professional but calming & caring, they allayed all of my fears. Throughout the whole process you are kept informed of what is happening and the next steps to be taken. Their attention to detail, in all areas, is second to none. I now have a wonderful natural smile - the best my teeth have looked in years! Huge thanks to all of the CF team who work so hard also.

Me and my husband have just been seen by the hygienist at Harborne practice and I have to say she was excellent. The last time I saw her she told me my gums were bleeding in certain areas. She took the time to go through cleaning techniques and how I should be brushing and cleaning in between my teeth. I followed all her advice and I really happy to say I had a clean bill of health! I honestly think she's the best hygienist I've seen in years!

I attended Changing Faces to see Babita the hygienist. The service was excellent. It was a completely pain free experience and Babita was very informative and professional. The whole team are friendly, welcoming and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I look forward to my future appointments.

I was terrified of going to the dentist after lots of research I heard about Changing faces .I picked up the courage to make a free consultation appointment with Suresh he was very calm and professional explaining all my options and cost to me giving me verbal and written information. On the day of my surgery I was very confident going in knowing I was in perfect hands of the team .They made me feel completely calm .They made numerous calls to me checking on me after surgery .The consultant Marc was delightful with a fantastic sense of humour he clearly explained everything to me .Marc always respected and never approached me without asking if I was ok .His knowledge and fist class work is second to none and I am delighted with my teeth at last I can smile . I would highly recommend Marc and Suresh and all the team at Changing Faces you are all amazing people .

I was recommended to Changings Faces to have a large amount of dentistry work completed. The service and staff has been outstanding throughout.As part of the dental process I have had the pleasure of seeing the hygienist Babita a number of times. Babita has always been exceptional friendly and knowledgeable. Babita takes the time to ensure you understand what the treatment consists of but most importantly what the aim of the treatment is. Babita then spends time explaining what daily routines you need to adopt but WHY you need to make these routines and the benefit this will provide for you in the long term.Really outstanding service across the hole team.

Now in my mid 40's with a youth of poor dental care and sugary drinks I found Changing Faces and am so pleased!Over the course of the last 10 years I have had two teeth removed and when my local dentist gave me the news a third was being removed I started to looked for a well regarded dentist to put me in some implants. ALL my searches led me to one place and once I had my first consultation with Dr Chohan I knew I had found the right place to make good my poor decisions in early life. From start to finish I have been looked after and well informed of the process.I now have a full set of teeth and have moved all my dental care to Changing Faces in Knowle. I can highly recommend this company for anything dental related!

Cannot praise this practice enough, I initially went to enquire about a new denture or implants. My consultation was free and included a scan, a few days later they contacted me to go in to see Suresh, unfortunately they was a area in my upper gum that flag up a concern. They referred me to the dental hospital and I had to have a operation to remove quite a large cyst, I looked like I had gone thru 5 rounds with a boxer and was aware that it may effect the remaining upper teeth. The good news is my cyst was non cancerous, but my remaining teeth did become loose. Suresh had to remove the teeth and Marc made me a temporary plate, Suresh and Babs looked after my teeth and 12 months later Marc was able to make me a permanent denture which is brilliant. I cannot thank this team enough for the care and support they have given me, I am eternally grateful that I found this practice, Babs and the team all make sure I am well looked after, I would never go anywhere else.
