Vets Now Herne Bay

We completely get the need to charge a high fee for out of hours care and we can’t criticise how you cared for our dog, but £50 for a paracetamol with a dispensing fee for home pain relief is disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Why wouldn’t you give the option of using regular paracetamol?? There was no need to get your grubby hands on the extra money when the consultation fee and cost of the other drugs had been paid. Outrageous. It’s no wonder people have to let their pets suffer. Your priorities need adjusting

Was seen straight away on a Sunday afternoon (bank holiday) given advice and really kind to my dog. Regular updates on condition as had emergency surgery, felt like our beloved family dog was in good hands .

Our Dog Solly was run over on Tuesday evening to late for our vets. Vets now were caring professionals. The were wonderful and the treatment was excellent. Silly is on the mend

Wouldn’t waste your time with this company, weTried to call PDSA and was put through to this emgerency company, the first lady we spoke to was absolutely lovely and helpful.The second lady we spoke to I believe the vet needs to learn some customer service, I explained the situation and was advised why i have not had my dog looked at previously? She has only had it for 4 days & not life threatening was just concerned, was then basically told i had left it too long and this is why you don’t get a puppy.For your information i buy my dog everything she needs, i have insurance & pay for dog training and everything else so being tomd i shouldn’t have a dog is a joke.Learn some compassion and customer service

Had to attend at 23.00 practice was busy but had a fast triage and vet looked at our dog with care. Understood the problem and solution. Very pleased all-round even receptionist helped in completing insurance claim.

I use to work for vets now and can guarantee your animals will be cared for and receive 5* treatment and cuddles. I have also had my own experiences of having to bring my doggo in and they saved his life ! Amazing team, beautiful ethics and very talented vets/staff !
