Excellent Service always able to supply what you need, very pleasant staff and good selection of equipment in shop.Great selection of shotgun cartridges and difficult to find them at a cheaper price.

I have been using mallard farm barn for several years as it is local to me and convenient. Prior to Keith taking over the running of the store I wouldnt have given 5 stars but in my opinion he has turned the shop around. Previously I found items over priced and felt the business plan was small turnover/ large mark up. That has totally changes now, somehow even with their associated overhead costs that alot of internet based companies do not have MFB manage to match and often beat internet prices, no haggling required. Although still undergoing improvement the website now shows items for sale which is a great and they also list a small amount on ebay. I hunt feather to fur with sub 12 airrifles, shotguns to centre fires and now no longer need to compare prices elsewhere. For a relatively small store stock is good with quality products and if they do not have it or cant get it they are honest about it.Keith is a great guy to deal with and often trials new products in so he can be sure its right for selling through the shop, I had a manufacturing issue once with an item bought from them and it was sorted promptly, professionally and without question. Also the fact they are open into the evening on Wednesdays is really handy if you work all week and value your Saturday shooting time.Just to note this is the first review I have ever taken the time to write but felt it was worth the effort, they deserve any additional business that comes their way. Give them a try you wont be dissapointed.

Been here a few times over the years ,And bought mainly air gun pellets, always very friendly staff no hard sell.Can have a good look roundAt their things for sale.Considering it's a fairly small shop good selection of guns and accessories.Prices are not to bad either.Definitely worth a visit.Just to add to my review since I first wrote this review I have now purchased two rifles from mallard Barn.Got an excellent deal. This is now my first port of call for anything shooting related.

The missus had wished to take up air rifle shooting and was recommended mallard barn by a friend. When we entered the shop we were quickly seen to . The owner could not be more helpful, getting a selection of rifles down for us to see. He spent a long time with the missus to ensure she picked up the right rifle .Top service

Great Gun Shop. Everything you need for shooting. Very helpful and friendly. Only downside is that they are too far from where I live. Just an update.....Still use Mallard Barn in preference to other gun dealers. Always friendly and helpful.
