I booked an emergency appointment here and from start to finish, the process was so professional. Fromthe receptionist who was so helpful and welcoming, to Jay the dentist who made me feel so relaxed from start to finish - I needed a large tooth out and he remedied it there and then but was so dynamic and didn't do the usual 'telling off' that dentists often do. He was simply pragmatic and it was like being treated by a friend. Highly Recommend.

Rang them for an emergency appointment, as a very nervous patient, I was not looking forward to going in, but from the reception staff the dental nurses and Vanessa the dentist they were all very supportive and caring, 5 weeks down the line I now walk in smiling, still a little nervous but know I'm in good hands. Thank you so much to all you're wonderful team!

A very friendly, professional and welcoming practice. Jay, Kayleigh and Vanessa are fantastic dentists, who take great care in looking after you. I have visited on many occasions and every time been given incredible care. I used to be a very nervous patient prior to coming here, I'm now very calm and relaxed. Would highly recommend this practice.

I started going to Dunedin at the beginning of the covid pandemic when no NHS dentist would see me. It was just prior to Christmas and I had a loose front denture that I don't think had been put in firmly in the first place. Since then the health of my teeth have improved greatly and I am well pleased with all aspects of my treatment.

Vanessa is my saving grace. Such a caring person and when I needed help and reassurance she is there for me. Last week I had an incident with my front tooth. I was desperate for a dentist because it was Thursday the eve of a holiday and Dr Jay Doshi opened a space to see me. Excellent professionals and very caring, thanks very much Receptionist, Nurse and Dr Jay a brilliant team.
