I saw Rowan Glossop, a dentist from this practice. I had an issue which involved both my teeth and my sinuses, causing a lot of pain and discomfort and an ongoing sinus infection. Ms Glossop was impeccable. She diagnosed my issue correctly and with great confidence, and took time to explain to me her diagnosis in detail.She treated me with great care, and made me feel comfortable, reassuring me about every single step of her work. My treatment was as pain free as it can be, and she was at hand for any follow up question.After her treatment I was pain free within a day and my sinus infection finally cleared a week after, following almost a month of suffering.Yesterday she also cleaned my teeth, which is something I normally dread, given that I have very sensitive teeth. She had such an expert and gentle touch that I hardly felt any pain.I would thoroughly reccomend this dentist to anyone.

I have been a patient of Grants House from the age of 18 so 44 years and I can honestly say that in all that time I have never had a bad experience here. My dentist is Julie Richards and she is great. Very professional, friendly, competent and caring. All the staff, Hygienists, dental nurses and receptionist are lovely and make for a very pleasant visit every 6 months.

Worst dentist I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately the staff turnover is very high so everyone there are new, and so come across really inexperienced. The dentist we initially had a consultation with was new, but then left after our first visit. So I had to pay for another one. Waiting time for hygienist is around 2-3 months. I was 5 mins late for my hygienist appointment and they aggressively refused me entry. I’m not willing to wait another 3 months. So we’ve left.. This dentist is extremely overpriced, without the service to back it up. Terrible experience.

Grants House is very impressive. Every single person who works here (that I have met over the years) is friendly and they make you feel comfortable which is particularly good for those who have anxiety when it comes to having their teeth looked at. I would highly recommend this practice and in particular Julie Richards who always makes me feel at ease.

I have been with Grants House for more years than I can remember, all through the years the staff have been lovely, make you feel welcome. Excellent treatment as well makes it almost a pleasure to go to the dentist! My dentist is Julie who is lovely and puts you at ease. Would recommend definitely 5 ⭐'s

Having been to Grants for the last 35+ years, and having spent over £20k with them, I was appalled by the lack of customer service and lack of communication that came today. After receiving a confirmation text last week for my appointment that has been booked for the last 7 months, I received a call this afternoon cancelling my appointment for tomorrow at 9am. When i queried why I was told it was because of the change of procedure due to Covid, even though the dentist has been operational for several weeks and family members have also been since Covid, keeping their appointments without issue.It also turns out my dentist is on holiday this week. I don’t believe holiday is Covid related!Disappointed as not only did I book my working week around this appointment unnecessarily, but I now have to wait until the end of November for my appointment.The only reason I use Grants is to see my amazing hygienist. I believe she also works for another dentist practice, maybe this practice is better organised and looks after loyal customers. I will look into this further.

I got a new retainer and a filling done at the practice with Julie. They are very professional with the Covid-19 procedures - measuring your temperature before you enter the premises and every staff was wearing mask. Julie is very gentle when she gave me the filling too. The staffs are very helpful, they respond to the email enquiries very quickly.

After having a very bad experience at another dentist practice I moved here and they have brilliant. I always feel at ease and am happy with the service I get. My children are now patients here too.They have gone from being very nervous with clamped jaws to happily opening their mouths for their check.

(New Customer)I had a hygienist appointment in March and was impressed with the measures put in to keep the practice COVID-secure while not making the experience uncomfortable at all. My hygienist was a new employee and she was ever so pleasant and careful. They've definitely done their best to make my appointment as nice as possible despite of all the changes.My dentist Julie Richards is always very helpful during our appointments, answering any queries I had about my dental health and treatment options.I would definitely recommend Grants House for your dental needs!

I have been a patient at Grants House Dentistry since I was a child and have always received great service and care. The staff are always friendly and helpful but also professional. Now as a mother myself to a young baby, I will have no reservations about registering my son here too. They have put in extra measures since reopening after the first lockdown which makes it feel very safe and I had no concerns about attending my appointments. Thank you for many years of fantastic dental care GHD.
