Bad rabish organization ever,the home office sent my decision letter about my case to them they didn't contact me,all solicitor level 1 so bad can't help,I recommend women don't trust them

People are there very polite

Worst organisation ever. I referred myself to this place after escaping Domestic Violence. They offered me accommodation and a safe place to stay which was lovely of them. However, later on, i received harsh treatment from their management and their staff. They don’t care about the needs of vulnerable women, nor did they refer me for further support. They evict you without finding you alternative accommodation for small incidents that wasn’t my fault. I have complex mental health needs. They later dumped me somewhere to a mental health centre with all my luggage. They don’t care nor do they understand. Worst experience ever and very traumatic.
